What is Quick Coach?
Offering: 1 to 1 coaching for a 1 hour session.
Delivered: Virtually
Cost: $99 + tax
No commitment for a certain number of sessions..
No contract.
You can explore coaching as you want whether it is having a one time conversation or you want a few sessions to explore who you are. So you get to decide.
Who is this for: People who are interested in self-discovery, are in transition in their life trying to find a new path (such as career change, new graduate), those who want to know who they truly are.
What do you get: A list of discovery questions to answer before we have our session PLUS access The Values Course. It is a 30 minute course where you can begin to identify your values. This is a critical piece of self-discovery or for people in transition.
About Quick Coach
I have been coaching since 2008. One of the reasons I became a coach is that I saw the power of it when I was at a crossroads in my life. At the time, I couldn't explain what that power was. It felt magical. Now that I have 15 years of exploring coaching, I realize what was happening. It was not magical, it was transformative.
It was the first time where I had all of the attention on me and someone who listened to what I was going through. The Coach helped me cut through all the mental noice to unpack what it is I truly wanted and helped me find a way forward through small steps where she encouraged my along the way.
Through the process of being Coached, I realize I wanted to be one. To be a great coach is to really love watching someone come to life through the power of questioning. I watch them come alive and walk away feeling more confident versus lost and confused. It is so easy to get in your head about who you are and what you are doing.
This Quick Coaching offering is for those who don't want to commit to a long term contract, but want the flexiblity to choose the support they need along the self-discovery path.
